Exchange account unblock:
support for your case
Binance, Bybit or MEXC blocked your withdrawals and want documents? We help you understand what the exchange needs, gather the documents and prepare a reply that answers its questions.
Send us the text of the notice — that is enough to start. No documents are needed at the first stage. Before any work begins, you can have a video call with the team.
From a restriction to clear next steps
First, let’s work out
what happened
01
The whole account or one feature?
We find out exactly what has been restricted.
02
What did the exchange ask for?
We study the notices and your correspondence.
03
How to prepare the appeal?
We bring the facts and documents together in one clear letter.
Every situation needs its own review.
We agree the scope of support in advance.
Choose an exchange — we’ll add it to your request
Let’s start with your situation
What exactly did the exchange restrict?
The wording of the notice determines which documents to prepare and where to send the appeal.
01
Can’t withdraw funds
The account is accessible, but withdrawals are suspended or need extra verification.
02
Documents requested
The exchange asks you to pass KYC, explain transactions or confirm the origin of your funds.
03
Account access blocked
Login, trading or several features are restricted. Keep the exact text of the notice.
04
Country restriction
The terms of service have changed, or the exchange asks you to clarify your residence details.
05
P2P transaction dispute
There is an appeal, a request for payment documents, or a restriction after a specific trade.
06
The reason is still unclear
Support replies with generic phrases, and it is still unclear what you are expected to do.
How we help
What we take on
You are not left alone with support’s template replies. We work out why the account was blocked, gather the documents and handle the correspondence with the compliance team together with you. Tasks and scope are agreed after the initial review.
01
Initial review
We study the notices, transaction history and correspondence with support. We clarify the facts and any missing information.
02
Document preparation
We draw up a list of supporting documents, link the transactions into a clear timeline and prepare explanations. If needed, we discuss preparing a legal opinion.
03
Appeal to the exchange
We prepare the text of the appeal and the set of attachments. We agree the facts, the wording and the channel for sending it to the exchange’s support or compliance team.
04
Ongoing support
We help with follow-up requests and assess the available appeal procedures based on the circumstances.
The scope of work, the fee and how we work together are agreed after reviewing the available information. The decision on account access and withdrawals is made by the exchange.
Your first request
What you get
after your first request
To choose the next steps, it is important to understand the situation first. We start with the information available and outline how we can help.
01
Review of the initial information
We point out what follows from the notice and your correspondence with the exchange, and which circumstances still need to be clarified.
02
A clear list of materials
We tell you which information and supporting documents are missing for the appeal, and which questions are worth asking support.
03
A support proposal
If we can help, we propose the tasks, scope and fee. Terms are agreed before the support begins.
A description of the situation is enough for the first contact. If documents are needed, we agree their list and a secure way to share them separately.
Platforms
Exchange account unblock:
which exchange is involved?
We take on unblock requests for Binance, Bybit, MEXC, Bitget and KuCoin. The work depends on the reason for the restriction, not just on the platform’s name.
Binance
Binance account blocked, or withdrawals frozen? First we separate P2P restrictions, identity verification and requests for transaction documents. Then we prepare an appeal based on the specific notice.
Bybit
If Bybit has restricted withdrawals or asked you to confirm the origin of funds, we review the notice, the documents you have and your history with support.
MEXC
If MEXC Risk Control has restricted you, we help match the account review request against your transaction history and prepare a consistent explanation.
Bitget
If your Bitget account is blocked, we clarify which procedure is available: a document review, a support request or an appeal. We prepare the materials that apply to it.
KuCoin
If KuCoin has restricted your account or withdrawals, we check what the notice says and which confirmations were requested. We help prepare the answers and attachments for your appeal.
Other exchange
Platform not on the list? Enter its name in your request. We will confirm whether we can support you after reviewing the notice.
Platform has stopped operating
Withdrawals halted for all users?
If the exchange has announced a shutdown, restructuring or bankruptcy, this is not a block on your account. Different rules apply here: the court, the claims register and filing deadlines — and a letter to support will not bring withdrawals back.
BitMart
Withdrawals have been halted since July 26, and the company is preparing a restructuring plan with three options. We help gather proof of your balance and withdrawal requests and make sense of the plan’s options. BitMart plan explained
Poolin Wallet
A Chapter 11 bankruptcy is under way in the US, and the court has approved the sale of assets. The proposed claims filing deadline is December 31, 2026. We review IOUs and documents and consider buying the claim. What Poolin creditors should do
Another platform shut down?
Has the exchange announced bankruptcy, liquidation or restructuring? Name it in your request: we will check which procedure is open and what needs to be prepared.
Reclaim Capital is an independent company. Mentioning an exchange does not mean a partnership or any special access to its decisions.
Before you contact us
Keep what
you already have
A short description is enough for the first contact. If materials are needed, we agree what to send and a secure way to share them.
Never share your password, seed phrase, private keys or verification codes with anyone — including people who message you on Telegram on behalf of the exchange.
Restriction notice
The exact text of the message and the date it appeared.
Support history
Your ticket number and support’s replies, if you have already contacted them.
Transaction details
What actions came before the restriction and what the exchange asked for.
Proof of the origin of funds
If Source of Funds — proof of where your money came from has been requested, prepare the confirmations you have. What is needed depends on your transactions and the exchange’s exact request.

Country restrictions
If the issue is linked
to where you live
We check the platform’s rules, whether your data is correct and the available appeal procedure. Depending on the situation, this may mean confirming your details, appealing the restriction, or arranging a withdrawal and closing the account.
Whether access can be restored depends on the applicable rules. We will not help you get around regional restrictions: that ends with another block. But we will help you withdraw your funds or close the account legally.
Safety
How to tell real help
from scammers
Exchange account blocks attract a lot of scammers: they promise an unblock for an upfront payment and write on behalf of support. Here is how we work.
We only write from @ReclaimCapital on Telegram and from info@reclaim-capital.com. If anyone else contacts you in our name, let us know.
No unblock promises
And we don’t sell “contacts in exchange support”. Only the exchange makes the decision.
Payment only after agreement
We take no payment until the tasks and terms are agreed.
No access requests
We never ask for your password, seed phrase, private keys or verification codes.

Questions and answers
What to know
before we start
Binance blocked my account or withdrawals — where do I start?
Save the notice, the date of the restriction and your ticket number. Check whether you can still log in and which features are restricted. If support has already requested documents, work from that list. Send us the notice and correspondence — we will suggest how to reply and, if needed, prepare the letter.
The exchange restricted withdrawals, but I can log in. Is my account blocked?
Not necessarily. The restriction may apply to a single feature only. A temporary security hold, a document review and a transaction dispute each call for different actions. Compare the text of the notice with the features available in your account.
Bybit asked about the origin of my funds — what should I prepare?
Follow the exchange’s exact request: you may need your transfer history and documents that explain the source of funds and specific transactions. Source of Funds is not the same as a general description of the wealth you have built up. We help match the confirmations you have and prepare a coherent explanation.
Can I contact you about a restriction based on my country of residence?
Yes, such a case can be sent for an initial review. We need to check the platform’s rules for your country, whether your data is correct, and the available procedures for an appeal, a withdrawal or closing the account. Whether access can be restored depends on the applicable restrictions.
How long does the review take?
It depends on the reason for the restriction, how complete the documents are and the exchange’s procedure. After the review, we can set out the next steps and agree the timing of our work. The timing of the decision is set by the exchange. A complete, clear set of documents reduces the risk of repeated requests.
Do I need to give you access to my account?
Your first request does not require a password, seed phrase or verification codes. Just describe the situation and leave a contact for our reply. Any additional materials and a secure way to share them are agreed separately.
Is an exchange restriction the same as a USDT or USDC freeze?
No. An exchange can restrict an account or a single feature inside its platform. A contract-level restriction of a token at an address is a different situation. For funds in a personal wallet, see our pages on USDT unlocking and USDC verification and unlocking.
Can I contact you about MEXC, Bitget or KuCoin?
Yes. Name the exchange, the exact text of the notice and what support has already replied. We will confirm whether we can support you after the review. Each platform has its own procedures; the exchange’s name alone does not determine the reason for the restriction.
Do you guarantee an unblock?
No. Only the exchange makes the decision, and anyone who guarantees a result is misleading you. We help you understand the request, gather the documents and prepare the appeal so that the exchange has no open questions left.
How much do your services cost?
The fee depends on the situation and the scope of work. After the initial review, we will set out the tasks and the price; we take no payment until the terms are agreed.
Next step
Tell us
what happened
Name the exchange and the type of restriction. A short description is enough at the first stage — we will discuss documents and details separately.
After reviewing the available information, we will confirm whether we can support you and agree the terms of work.

Do not enter passwords or access codes. Sending a request does not require logging in to your exchange account.
If the restriction concerns a token in a personal wallet, see our USDT / Tether and USDC / Circle services. For bankruptcies and other platforms, see recovering frozen funds.
