Schedule and attend a meeting
If you’re interested in this offer, please complete the KYC process and schedule an online meeting via Calendly. The meeting will be held via Zoom and will involve verifying your identity and claim details—no prior document preparation is required.
To do this, you will need access to your email and the materials related to your claim—this may include proof of claim—as well as access to your personal account. You will need a laptop or desktop computer with a front-facing camera and the Zoom app installed.

Sign the claim agreement
After reviewing all the required documents, we will send you the document for signature and official transfer. Sign the transfer agreement via DocuSign.

Complete the transaction
Verify your ERC20-USDC address to receive the payment, update the settings for your FTX account or other account as instructed, and receive the USDC transfer once verified.
